This model is as side by side. Freezer on left and fridge on right. I hear the noise and I can feel the cold air coming from the freezer (not sure if it is supposed to be stronger). However freezer is still not cold enough to keep ice cubes frozen.

On the fridge part it is even worse. I think it is even warmer than room temperature. The ceiling is actually very hot as if I am touching a light bulb. I couldn't figure out what was going on but I feel is had to do with the ceiling being that hot.
