Just noticed that the light stays on in oven 2 days ago. Now I smell burning rubber and thus have disconnected power to oven. I read on this forum about the self clean latch being partially engaged and causing the light problem. But the clean cycle won't stay on long enough to latch door. The clock works. Burners did work before I smelled the odor. We cleaned the range and under the burners - but when reconnecting power to the oven, the smell returns.
