Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 1/11/2017(UTC) Posts: 3		I just changed the coupler and clutch on my whirlpool washer because it wasnt spinning. The washer spins now but on high spin the drum starts to bang and shake uncontrolably. Any suggestions to fix this problem. Yes the nachine is balanced.

Look at this diagram of the suspension. Parts for Whirlpool GSW9650LW0: Machine Base Parts - AppliancePartsPros.com I'd check parts 16, 17, and 18. All part of the suspension system. Also make sure all four springs are in place.
