Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 10/14/2016(UTC) Posts: 1		Kenmore 500 series top loading HE washer---went cycle is finished complete button comes on, machine is unlocked. It quickly relocks and starts a new wash cycle. If "CANCEL" button is held it will unlock. When washer is empty it must be unplugged or it will lock and start new wash cycle---very frustrating!!!

In the mean time is your machine under warranty? If not sounds like you might need to replace the ECM electronic control module
