Yeah sorry I didn't say that. Yes I've done everything to convert to LP about 6 years ago. And re-checked everything about 3 times over the past few months.

All is correct, and flames perfect etc.

Have you converted the new pressure regulator?

Check for bubbles with the dust cap in place.

Hi Gene, Yes I did convert the new regulator when I installed it.

Nope I didn't try with the dust cap still on. Will try that and let you know

How did this end? I know this is old but having the same issue. Replaced regulator twice and all 3 leak out of the same area. Had appliance techs and a gas plumber work on it, we are all stumped and can only think maybe it is normal operation or a defect in all of these regulators from the manufacturer?
