Our dishwasher will fill with water but will not do anything else (won't run through any cleaning cycle, motor doesn't even try, and won't drain). We've checked the float, drain impeller, made sure the spinners weren't clogged, and yes we made sure it's plugged in. :-) Please help.

Even more information, we have a fried control panel. New question, is this something we should replace or is there a underlining problem as to why the control panel fried?
