I removed and test (except bake element). All the ohms tests looked good. Inside broil was a little low at 33 and should be 45-55. Outside broil is 54 and within recommendation of 45-55. Bake is good a 28 (this was not removed). Temp sensor is good at 1083. Oven shutdown thermal fuse was 0 ohms/closed.

Logic does not apply here.
