Model: C880 62293961
Brand: Kenmore
Year: 2001

So I have a Kenmore electric stove range and the oven has stopped working, but the stovetop is. A few days I ago, I was using the stovetop and the oven at the same time, but I notice the oven light was blinking. Now the oven will not turn on. I opened the back of the stove range and I could not locate a thermal fuse. I have attached 2 photos...

I'm not sure, but can this be a fuse?

No.
The device in the picture is a transformer.

The 880 means this is a Whirlpool unit.
The problem is that the C usually means Canadian so getting any tech data on it will be difficult to say the least.
I know as I am a Canuck.

In any case most stoves do not have thermal fuses.
They are common in built in ovens.

Have you tried plugging the unit in again to see if it has reset itself?

Thank you for replying. Yes, I tried plugging it in again, but only the stove works.

Then odds are that the control board is shot.

I would trace back the wires from the elements to be sure they go direct to the control board.

There is always a possibility that the Canadian model has a DLB (double line break) relay in a power line between the board and the elements.

When I opened the back of the control panel I located this...can this be the culprit?

Sorry but I am in the dark here.

The item you show is the oven control thermostat at least that is what I find when I search the net for the RAC12-133-48 number
So yes it could cause the oven to not heat.

Without a wiring diagram I cannot tell how this interacts with any electronics in the unit.
