Hello there please help! my moms kenmore washer 70 series it slows down on spin cycle leaving the clothes wet i already replace the clutch and the transmission and the timer switch along with the lid switch but it still does the same thing!!! Why??? my 80 year old mother will not let go of her 10 yr old washer for a brand new one Please help.

Well that should have fixed it. It may be that your motor is failing, very unusual in these models but it can happen. Operate it with the cabinet off and the lid switch by-passed. See if you can slow the tub with your hand (be very, very careful, do not allow your hand to get tangled up in clothes) and see if there is anything between the tub and basket.
