Hello, my Samsung WF210ANW washer has started leaking slowly during wash cycles from the bottom, front of the machine. I had thought it was the filter o-ring or drain pump, but I removed the filter enclosure and can see that its actually dripping down from the center of the bottom of the drum assembly at the front, near the door boot.

Here is a picture looking up from the bottom:

I'm assuming its a problem with the door boot seal, although I can't see any tears or cracks from inside the door opening.

Let me know if anyone has seen this, and how to get the boot seal off. Some online videos suggest having to remove a spring clamp from the outside, but I can't see one there on this model.

Thanks,

Russell

Small pinhole in the door boots can cause lakes such as this. Use a flashlight and inspect the boot closely. Chances are ya overlooked the issue. There are two clamps on the boot, one at the front and one behind the front panel.

Yes I have seen this type of leak, once a week usually.

The spring is small usually around the 6 o'clock position at the bottom of the door boot. You have to look in the groove on the door boot to find the wire that goes around to secure the boot to the front panel.

Thanks, I'll see if I can get the boot off to have a closer look.
