Check it with a meter. If blown be sure to use the new wiring harness that comes with the replacement.

Do you have the tech sheet. Sounds like it is most probably a bad control board. I would check that both door/latch switches are OK.

Below is the link. Download MDB7759.pdf Uncheck "Use our download manager and get recommended downloads" This should ensure that you do not download any software that you do not want on your computer. It should help figuring what is going on.
