My washer flooded the house today...it continued to fill beyond capacity, overflowing from the top.

Turning the machine off did not stop the flow; I had to turn the water off at the source.

Help!?

Hi.

Apparently the water inlet valve is jammed and should be replaced. Please provide the complete model number of the washer so we can get you the right part.

Thank you,

Simon.
