My ice cube dispenser & crusher is not working. Itook out the motor & tested it and it works but not in the freezer which means it's not getting power. I tested all the power and it's got to be in the circuit board. Does anyone know where the circuit board is and how to repair it?

Hi.

You should disassemble the dispenser and check the bracket. The prongs that holds the microswitches are famous for breaking off causing the switch to be displaced and not to be engage when the lever is pushed.

The bracket Part number: AP2988571
Part number: AP2988571

Click on the part and use the repair video.

Here are the breakdown diagrams and parts list for your refrigerator:

Model KSCS25FKSS02

Good luck. Please keep us posted with results.

Thank you,

Simon.

Simon - Thank you very much, I appreciate it. I just watched the repair video and took off my cover, but exactly what prongs should I look for to be broken? do you mean the white ones on the bracket itself? cause they don't look broken. Thanks, I appreciate your help & knowledge. Pattycakes33:)
