Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 6/22/2015(UTC) Posts: 1		I have a frigidaire model FFCE2238LW counter top microwave that is 3 weeks over a year old. It has stopped heating. After I enter the cook time the unit makes a quiet click as it always had before kicking in and inside light turns on but the fan nor the turntable start. I had not had any similar like issues prior. Could anyone advise on what the cause of this could be?

They are mounted inside the microwave to the left of the control panel. Remove the outer cover to get to them. Check the microswitches visually for burnt terminals or broken actuators. If they locks ok test them with a multimeter for continuity. Don't forget to unplug the unit and discharge the high voltage capacitor by shorting it's terminals together using a screwdriver with solid plastic handle. Good luck.
