Spacemaker Microwave Oven JVM 1331. One of the two lights on the bottm (that shine onto the stove) went out. I took the bulb out and the glass seperated from the base. Then poof the other bulb went out. I got both bulbs out of the sockets with their seperated bases. Now with new bulbs, neither one lights up. Everything else works-the oven the light inside the oven, etc. Help!

Most likely the control board got damaged. If you need the correct part number for the control board then post the rest of the model number.

The part number for the control board is AP2025944. You can talk to the Appliance Parts Pros team about the part ETA. Gene.
