Trying to drop clutch from my washer. Removed pulley bolt and motor belt but can't get pulley off. Anyone have any suggestions? I see many posts from dh1200s but I have a feeling he's not on here anymore. Suggestions welcome please!!! Laundry piling up!!!

The pulley should just come off, here is from the service manual

Pulley/Clutch Removal
1. Disconnect power supply to unit.
2. Lift Top Cover.
3. Remove Front Panel.
4. Loosen Drive Motor Tension Bolt.
5. Remove Drive Belt.
6. Remove Pulley Bolt.
7. Remove Pulley.
NOTE: When reinstalling, properly seat Pulley with a
1/16-1/8" gap between the Pulley face and shaft
end. On reinstallation, tighten Pulley Bolt to 96
inch pounds

The only thing I can think of is that there has been some water leak and that the pulley has rust welded itself to the machine, but this seems unlikely to prevent its removal.
