The back light of the control panel is not working. I have taken the control panel out and there is not light or bulb behind it. What is next ???? Any assistance would be appreicated!

If the display is blank then the control board has to be replaced.

The control panel is not blank. the only problem is that the back light is out & we can find no bulb for same. Thank you.

What did you call "back light"? The light inside the cavity or something else?

No Glen, what we had was light that ligthed the contol panel. This is was is out. We can find no bulb as such, and I hate to send the money for the hold control panel not Knowing if that will give us our light.

I could not find any light bulbs within the control panel. Also Sears requested that all control panel parts must be ordered and installed by a licensed technician.
