I recently replaced the timer assembly and now the cycles are not the same as before. It is like they are out of sync. I took the old switch in when I ordered the part so I know I got the correct switch.

Can only think that you did get the wrong timer, here is the one from this site

or the one you purchased was defective (rare but possible).

Check everything out. Can you tell us what the original problem was and why you thought the timer was the issue?
