Have 3 pulleys under my washer machine. The belt does not seem long enough for all 3 does it go on all 3 or only 2 if so which 2.

The belt does go around the motor pulley, the transmission pulley and the water pump pulley. The motor pivots to act as a clutch and so it should be movable to allow you to 'roll' the belt onto the three pulleys.
