Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 2/5/2015(UTC) Posts: 1		Please help. My GE washer will only agitate on the delicate cycle. We usually only use the heavy duty cycle and today it wouldn't agitate. I tried it on the other cycles and it worked on delicate.

Rank: Advanced Member Groups: Senior Expert Joined: 3/29/2009(UTC) Posts: 11,699		Since it will operate correctly in one setting that suggests there is no mechanical problem with the washer and that the problem is with the control unit. Part number: AP3775089 Before replacing it check all of the wires and connections to make sure something has not come undone. There is a video that will show you how to change out the timer, and if you buy from this site and the new timer does not fix things you can return it.
