Since day one I bought this stove from Sears I have had trouble even bought the extra warranty for it and everytime I had someone from Sears out they claimed nothing was wrong. Finally before my extra warranty was up they fixed the top because one would always heat up very quickly. We would get error codes and still they said they couldn't find anything wrong with it. As you know how it goes things seem to work when you got the repair guy out.

Since February of this year my stove gave an error of F11 I believe might of been F13 so I unplug it and plug it back in got the same error it's not heating up correctly it gets hot but not like it's suppose to. I just recently tried the oven again and it took about 3 hours for 1 garlic knot to fully cook. What could be wrong? I'm looking to fix this myself my warranty is out and I am definitely not calling Sears to fix it. Anyone have any clues on what I should check on it? Really need the stove fixed before Thanksgiving. Thank you

I cannot find any info on the given model number.
Please check it.

Kenmore numbers are usually 3 digits, a period and then an additional 8 digits.
