The broiler stopped working completely, I removed the element and it checked out good even though this is the fix 99% of the time, but this is my life ;-)

The oven stovetops and lower element work just fine, so I know the 240V current is there..
My next step was to check voltage at the broiler element, whoops, 120V one side, 0V other side...

Am I looking at a new control panel? $300 bucks

Any suggestions?

It is more likely to be the control board (clock/timer), item F20 in section 03.
