Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 4/30/2010(UTC) Posts: 8		I was looking for the door handle for GE Microwave, model # JVM1540DP1WW. I have been unable to find so far. Apparently the handle isn't sold separate from the door. I have been able to remove the hold handle, so I am not sure why it's not sold separately.

If you mess up putting it back together then microwaves could leak out the door. Definitely not a good thing for your health.

The handles were sold separately for those models. Is there a compatible model to the JVM1540DP1WW whose handle will work? I had a handle laying around from an older model and I was able to put it on, however it's slightly crooked since it's not compatible with JVM1540DP1WW.
