Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 4/5/2014(UTC) Posts: 5		Our washing machine is noisy during the wash and rinse cycle. The sound is hard to describe. It is sort of sounds like the agitator might be catching against something. Not squeaky, maybe slightly grinding. I want to liken it to playing the maracas, but not quite that high pitched. Sometimes for a brief moment the sound goes away, but always comes back. We do not hear it during the spin cycle.

I would suggest removing the front panel so that you can try to localize where the noise is coming from. To remove panel, insert putty knife (push hard) into the top groove in line with the lid opening on each end while pulling on panel, tilt panel forward and lift from washer. Eric
