This range is 18 months old and all off a sudden the digital display went out and the oven does not work nor the oven light come on when you open the door. The stove top works perfect though. There is no fault codes displayed as the screen doesn't light up. I have disconnected the power for a few minutes as well as tripping the breaker for a few mintutes to no avail. I measured the volts and I have 240 and the stove. I also measured from CON 2-4 to CON 1-1 and I do have 120volts there. According to the service technicinas repair sheets it states to replace the control. Is that the whole electronics control? Is there anything else to check? And were do I get on of these??

I guess it depends what you mean by "whole".
The part you need is item 6 in section 02.

Is there anything else to check?
Not really. If the board is getting power which you checked and there is no signs of life then odds are very high that it is toast.

See above in the parts breakdowns.

They should know.

I brought it back home hoping it work work but it still doesn't. shocker I know, I know it is getting power to it forsure as I got a shock of off one of the solder welds on the back. But now Im stumped.

See the attachment for the tech sheet which you probably already have.

I am assuming that the digital display is part of the control board.
I am not sure as the parts breakdowns do not show the control board or the panel.

You have me stumped.
Since the board is getting the correct power at least something should light up.
