Hello,

I have a GE side by side fridge model number PSI23SGPABS.

My house had a brown out today and after the brown out the fridge stopped working.

The lights are turning on, but the condenser fan and compressor are not running.

There is a control panel inside the fridge that normally displays the internal temperature but that isn't turning on either.

I believe the issue is one of two problems.

The run start capacitor and relay and overloads are broken and need to be replaced.

Any way to check that?

Or the Main control board got fried and I need to replace that.

Any suggestions on how to proceed?

Thanks

Add a 1000 joule surge protector to the wall outlet, I like the Belkin on Amazon
