The door handle on my fridge has backed out some in the middle of the handle which is at mid point of the door. How do I get to the screws to tighten this up.

Here are your parts.
Parts for Frigidaire FRS6LR5EM2 Refrigerator - AppliancePartsPros.com

Take a look at items 18, 37 and 73 in either door part section.
If you click on the part's description or picture a new page will open with additional info that you may find useful.

The handles clip on.

Looks like you have to remove the lower part of the door handle first by pushing down on it. This will then give you access to the screw which holds the upper door handle section. Remove this screw and then that handle section can be removed by pushing up on it.
