This is a Top Freezer, bottom fridge.
Water has started to drip to the fridge below.

Inside the freezer, I removed the bottom panel and back panel. The bottom was frozen over with ice, so I dethawed it all with a hair dryer and cleared the drain hole of ice. Water still did not drain. I poked a wire down the hole, and I felt it stopped about 2-3 inches down. Feels NOT like ice, but some plastic thing. Is that the check valve?

I went to the back of the refrigerator, but their is only a 6-8 high access panel at the bottom. the rest of the fridge, is a metal sealed back panel, no screws.

How in the world do I clear the drain tube? Any advice is much appreciated.

I think I lost my update somehow, I'll try again.
To make a long story short, I came back the next week and melted the ice with with a hair dryer. I then used a turkey baster to suck out cold water, and injected boiling water into the drain hole. That was key... Then I blasted hot water in the hole...wham! I heard water shoot to the bottom drip pan. Long behold, there was a green piece of glass(can we say beer bottle exploded in the freezer maybe?) in the drip pan. I shot more hot water down the tube for another 10x times for good measure. all should be good now.
