Hi,

We have had this stove for all of 4 months, and the top display stopped working correctly. The display for the bottom oven (it's a double oven) is working fine.

We opened up a support ticket with LG, and a repair guy came out today to look at it. It turns out that mice got into the control panel and ate one of the wires....great!

He tried to have LG tell us what cable we need to replace, but their diagrams lack any type of detail and no one could give us a detailed answer. LGs final answer was to order all of the wires at 4 times the cost.

Can anyone help me to narrow down which wire it is. There are three groups of wires that go from the display panel to the control board. One has 14 wires, one has 10 wires, one has 8 wires. I need the 8 wire bundle, which plugs into the port labeled CN403.

So it is either:
2042, 2043,2044,or 2045 in the below link:

Parts for LDG3035ST | Lg | Electric Ranges

Any help would be appreciated!

I ended up ordering all three cables from sears parts direct, and they said they will give me a return label for the two I don't use. I'm glad I got all three, because the part number LG tech support gave me was wrong.

LG Support (THIS IS WRONG) :
"The part number of the 8-wire bundle is: EAD34822911. You will be able to order this part from our parts distributor."

It was a nightmare trying to find this information, and obviously even LG support doesn't have the information handy.

I have the parts in hand, so for anyone in the future:

EAD34822924 - 10 wire
EAD34822923 - 8 wire
EAD34822911 - 14 wire

Hopefully this helps someone out in the future.
