My dishwasher stopped before completing cycle. The keypad is dead, no lights anywhere. I was told from an online "help" site to check the thermal fuse. I purchased a Digital Multimeter but have no clue how to use it. I did locate the thermal fuse, do not know how to disconnect it and test. This is probably a simple process but I am new to this whole repair thing and need step by step instructions beginning with how to use this wonderful new tool I just purchased...the multimeter!!! I appreciate any help/advice!

If you don't have knowledge of how to use a multimeter we can't help you, you need basic electrical and mechanical skills to diagnose your own problems. Go watch some youtube video's to figure out your problem.
