I have Hotpoint gas dryer with no heat, model nwxr473gt0wb.
Checked all the basics, limit switches all good etc. Ignitor does not glow. Voltage to ignitor measured 24vAC, seems like a stray voltage.
Measured the hot (yellow) side of the ignitor lead to ground, 120vAC.
I assume thie means I'm not getting a neutral to the ignitor.
Neutral coming from house outlet measured at dryer door switch is good.
Schematic leads me to the "Control Timer" or "Control Inlet"
Any suggestions or help?

You should be able to measure both the leads to the ignitor one's hot and ones nuetral..............should be 120v at the connector to the ignitor......the fact you have a dc reading doesn't sound right. Sounds like you have an issue with the timer voltage feeding the ignitor........track the ignitor wires back for damage or a bad connection........If you find nothing i'd suspect a bad timer or a neutral wire mixed up or damaged.

Measured both the leads to the ignitor expected to see 120vAC, multimeter showed 24 vAC.
Tested multimeter at wall outlet to verify it was working correctly.
Checked continuity across limit switches (dryer unpluged), all seemed good.
Started checking voltage at limit switches, found 120vAC all the way to the ignitor connector (neutral to ground)

If the ignitor ohms out at roughly 0-75 ohms in most cases you have a wiring issue or a timer or control board not sending enough electricity to glow.
