I'm new to this so bare with me. I cleaned out my Neptune MDG3000AWA gas dryer from lint beyond the screen (got the take apart details online, unplugged power, but didn't pull any wires). Put it all back together and now nothing. No interior light either. Outlet checked, works fine. Read some threads and nothing seems to add up. Please help.

Bet you didn't plug your door switch back into it's connector check that first it should be a 3 wire connector possibly up top. Without that the light won't come on and the unit won't start. Good luck

I tried to play it safe by not unplugging anything, and the door switch has blue, grey, and yellow wires still attached. I also made sure they weren't loose. Thanks for your quick response. Any other possibilities?

I too have the same problem but a different model Neptune gas dryer. My Neptune is model MDG 6700 AWW. This is a model made by Samsung in Korea. Before I took it apart at the front to clean out the lint it would rotate the drum but would not heat. The lint was packed in the blower and ducting very bad but it would spin the drum. I put it back together and now it will not spin. As soon as I try to get it to spin it displays a code of e5. I was very careful about any wiring being put back as I found it. I did take the Thermister off the housing and cleaned the inner surface but found no problem. All the rest of the inner parts of the dryer look OK but I need advice as to what to do next.
