Can anyone please provide me with the installation instructions for the 8529896 motor switch? Customer lost instructions and it looks like some wiring needs to be changed for this part to work. Thanks!

No wiring should need to be changed. Switch is a direct replacement for the old one. Connect motor wiring same as old switch and plug wire harness in and you should be good to go.

This is the old style motor that does not have the 2-wire pigtail connection. You need to swap the wht/vio and yel wires from motor and you will need to cut the wht/orn wire and install quick disconnect connectors on them separately. I do see the old style switch available on e bay if you want to go that route.
Actually, you don't have to "swap" any wires. Place the motor wires onto the new switch exactly as they are from the old switch except for the wht/orn wire. Now, the wht/vio wire from the motor will be on the terminal labled Y on the switch and the yel wire from motor will be on the terminal labeled W.
