How come I can run diagnostics and the washer will spin and do everything else, but at the end of a cycle it just sits there with the pump running? I am getting error code 43. Thanks

Try testing the door lock switch this code will sometimes pop up making you think it's a main control issue but i've seen bad door locks with this code. In most cases when a unit doesn't go into spin mode properly first check the door switch which is the cheaper part then check the motor control unit.......Door switch should have a loud click at the beginning of any cycle....if you hear a buzz it's bad or if you hear nothing at all it's either disconnected or bad or the main board isn't sending the voltage to the door switch when needed.....check for voltage at the door lock and make sure you have a 120v reading while pressing the start button on any cycle.......also there will be a constant 120v connector on the door switch so make sure to look at the tech sheet to determine the one coming from the main control start button circuit.

Thanks Humbolt - I have a constant 120V to the door switch and it does click and lock the door when I press start. However, when the switch is made I should see 120V on the other side going back to the control board and I don't. Can I jumper them out?
