Arms will not spin... tons of water... water level is fine... New filter unit from APP.com last year... water seems to be shooting out of the jets on the arms (they are clean)... the bottom and middle arms (under upper rack) are in the same place each time I open the door... Thanks.

First off your unit doesn't come with a diverter from my understanding which basically selects the spray arms that cycle your unit is all spray arms spray all the time.....if they aren't moving the spray arms could be cracked or have something lodged in the or are worn and water is leaking out the connections losing water pressure........Test the unit and open and close the unit while working and visually see if you have rotation........To do a close examination of your unit dismantle your sump pump area inside all the way to the bottom of the unit and suck all the water and debris out with a shopvac and make sure all components are completely washed and cleaned......I just did one of these units 2 days ago and it was just a dirty sump the design is very poor on the filtering of the water and is easily clogged......check your fill tube on the back wall after removing it wash it out with hot water pay close attention to see if there's any cracks and make sure the middle flaps for the top rack spray arm are working properly and on the tabs correctly......inspect top spray arm as well if it has a spinner at the top make sure all holes are clean of debris in all spray arms and no cracks.......once you clean the unit out do a cup test after assembling back together place 2 coffee cups on the top rack facing up and turn on the dishwasher run it for 3-5 minutes and if the cups are filled 1/4 of the size of the cup or more then your sump pump is working as it should..........if after 5 minutes you don't have that much water in the cups your sump is getting weak/bad or your main board isn't getting 120v to the sump area..........Take a voltage reading on the sump connections at the motor for 120v......if you dont have 120v at the sump while runnning it's a bad main board most likely and if you do and it's not working good then you got a bad sump pump assembly.......Good luck..........
