Unplug the unit and see if it unlocks........It's more then likely the door lock is faulty which is a common problem on front loaders. If you remove the top you should be able to access the door lock and it should have a release mechanism somewhere on it typically at the bottom you give it a tug check your owners manual. If the door lock isn't the problem then it's the main board that sends the signal to door lock in most cases.
