Kenmore washer wont spin . spins only when switch is turned to spin..

Hello I have a Kenmore washing machine. It fills, agitates, then it takes about 2 minutes before it drains. after it drains it does not spin but fills up again. changed the transmission and it still doing the same thing. tried manually trying to make it spin but it wont. but when I turn the switch to spin it spins. What is faulty on this thing??? Please help smieri6 attached the following image(s):

Sounds like possibly your timer possibly has a short in it and not completing the cycles properly........try all 3 or 4 settings and see if it's just certain wash cycle that does it......

Need the model number of the washer. Is it 2 minutes after agitate before it starts draining or it starts draining right away after agitate and takes 2 minutes to drain?

It takes about a two minute pause before it starts to drain I think this is the model # 3953327
|

Well, it sounds like a timer issue but I need the correct model number of the washer. The one you gave isn't it. It should be an 11 digit number probably starts with 110. and then 8 more digits. Check under the lid somewhere, possibly on the tub rim.
