Range top has no problems. Oven controls function however no "tick" from the igniters of the broiler and oven. These may be ceramic resistance units and so the only click you would hear is the solenoid activation. Removed bottom drawer to see the over burner. No ignition. A short burst of gas begins but when no ignition is sensed the gas shuts down. Odd that the Oven and Broiler both malfunctioned at the same time. Also cleaning cycle will not activate however when the display for cleaning cycle does show, the oven door opens with no problem you never hear the mechanical latch throw.
Where are these fuses the troubleshooting page alludes to?

On further investigation the igniters are heating up, we've got no gas flow.

Hi.

According the the model number this oven is equipped with the glow bar ignitors, so - no clicking.
Check if there is 120v to the bake igitor with oven set for bake, then check the same with the broil ignitor.
If no power - open the control panel, locate the relay board and check for 120v P2 Red to P1-1 White (bake) and P8 Violet to P1-1 (broil).
No power - replace the relay board.
If you read 120v trace the red wire to the limit thermostat.

Jump it if it's open and check the performance.
If everything works fine - replace the thermostat and check the cooling fan and venting.

Here are the breakdown diagrams and Replacement parts for Whirlpool KGSC308LSS0 30" Slide-In Range DESIGNER STYLE Convection Oven | AppliancePartsPros.com

Good luck. Post the results.
