Here are your parts
Parts for Frigidaire CFEF355FCB Range - AppliancePartsPros.com

Here is a tech sheet. I could not find a sheet for a FCB unit so this tech sheet is for a FBC unit. It should be a close match if not exactly the same as your unit.

Have you tried removing power/unplugging the unit for a couple minutes to see if it will reset?

F10 is an overheat error so check the oven sensor.
Below is a good link, check out 7, 8, 20 and 21.

If it will not reset and the sensor is OK then check the sensor connection on the control board. Check that the connectors are clean and properly crimped. Check for a cold solder joint, they are usually a duller silver and/or have pin holes. While looking at the solder side of the board gently wiggle the connector to see if it's legs move in the solder. A magnifying glass helps here.

If all OK then odds are that the control board is toast.
