2 days ago I opened the freezer to get ice and was met with a tray full of mostly frozen water and a few ice cubes inbetween. The water dispenser in the door works fine. The freezer is freezing fine. This is a Kenmore Trio that has the freezer on the bottom. Any ideas??????? P.S. - I don't know the model number because I'm not at home right now. I can get it this evening if it matters. Thanks!

Try to see where the leaking water is coming from. The ice maker fill tube may be frozen, diverting the water. A leaky water inlet valve will cause this.

The model number will be helpful.

Thanks for your quick reply, I'll have my son check those items this weekend when he comes over. I'll get the model number when I go home today and post it tonight.
