washer fills up and then start leaking out of the bottom of the washer,i took ft.cover off and the water is coming out of the flood hose outer tube.it flooded the hall and wash room ,whats causing this problem?

Check the air dome and hose on the lower left side of the tub for gunk buildup. With tub empty, remove hose and make sure it's not clogged. Clean out hose and air dome if necessary. Start filling washer with hose disconnected, blow into hose and you should hear a click in the pressure switch behind the control panel and the water should shut off.
