Hello I have a GE Profile Microwave that when you go to use
put food in set time and power
the unit starts and makes a deep humming noise and about 5-10 seconds
trips breaker and will not heat food
also noticed that when you go to reset time the numbers do not work right
you go to hit the number 8 and 7 comes up on the display
please help

Hello,

Looks like there are two separate problems. The humming noise leading to breaker very likely caused by a shorted magnetron and/or high voltage capacitor while the problem with numbers on the display means a faulty control panel. You are looking for about $670+ for parts. You may want to check out price for a new microwave. Let us know please.

Here are the breakdown diagrams and Parts for GE JVM2070SK01 Microwave - AppliancePartsPros.com
