My refrigerator has water leaking on the bottom inside of the freezer and sometimes leaks on the floor

Hello,

Most likely the problem is a frozen drain under the evaporator coils. Remove the rear panel in the freezer and defrost it using a hair dryer. Run hot water through the drain. A turkey baster may help. Pull the refrigerator out of the wall and remove the compressor compartment cover. Clean the condenser coils. Make sure the end of the drain hose is clean.
