I'm getting the error message 'LD' and the water is not draining.

LD is error code language for "long drain", meaning it is taking a long time for the washer to drain (but then you already know that)

You are going to have to open up the machine and clean/clear out the pump and water line. If you are lucky you just have an obstruction, if you are unlucky you will need a new pump.

Please post if you solve it, and if you need additional help please post the model number.
