Have a bravo x. Replaced the lid lock because of the blinking lid lock light. Then ohmed it out and ts good. Replaced main board on top of that as tech sheet says to. Wont calibrate and lid light still blinks. Im at a loss here. Why is ths not reparing this as he tech sheet says it would?

Model mvwx500xw1 this is the new crap style drive system.

It will randomly spin or fill or wash but not often enough. So replaced bith ecu and lid lock and no changes. Ohmed out the lock it is within range. Please wth could be wrong?

If I put in a spin drain. I does the lock unlock lock. The motor begins to move the tub and she quits and stsrts blinking. I dont think it makes a full rotation however.

Probably a bad shift actuator. What you are experiencing are symptoms of a bad shifter. It is a very high failure item on this washer design. This washer design has been very problematic. Many many breakdowns on a washer design only 3 years old. It also turns out that the shift actuator can pass all tests and still be defective. Something to do with the rpm sensor which is an integral part of the shifter.

Also check the nut that holds the main drive pulley on. You will have to remove the belt guard to gain access. Loosening of this nut is a known problem. You are advised to apply loctite to the threads.

Also I can go into manual mode ad it will agitate yet not shift. Still a shifter? It just screws to the bottom right?

It starts to spin also so the shifter goes into its correct possition for work. Ah ou said tachometer is in that piece?

Yes, the shifter is separate from the transmission. It has an optical sensor that fits up into an opening in the transmission housing. The lever arm of the shifter fits into the cam ring of the splutch (splined clutch). The lever moves one way or the other which raises/lowers the basket drive gear.
