So, several months ago the oven popped and stopped working. Opening the back panel we saw the terminal block was fried, so we replaced it. That was not the problem. Reading online we thought it was the heat sensor/probe..replaced that one, but the oven still does not work. The digital clock/temp display/timer works fine, stove top works fine, oven won't heat.
About a year ago we had replaced the bake element and that fixed the problem back then. I keep reading that the heat elements inside the oven (bake element and broil element) could be broken, but would they really break exactly at the same time? What can be our next step? I am tired of ordering parts that are not the problem and tired of not having an oven to cook with. Please, any advise would be great!!

Hello,

At the terminal block check for 120 VAC between the Red & the White wires and between the Black & the White wires. Check for 240 VAC between the Black & the Red wires.

If the readings are correct, replace the clock. It is recommended to replace it together with the overlay because it is adhered to the clock.
