Hi. When you are checking continuity/resistance of any part at least one wire should be removed from it or the reading will be incorrect. If you are sure that all the switches and fuses are good - replace the control board Part number: 8302346
If that won't solve the problem you can return the control back to APP. Simon.

Hi Simon/Gene, New problem ! I was able to fix the door error by replacing the fuse. But I guess I must have wiggled control panel too much. First I lost connection to easy minute button, did not work. So I tried pulling out flex cable connector and putting it back. Now my none of the keys work. Is there any trick in putting this ribbon back in the connector ? I tried aligning the circuit traces to the connector contacts and inserted in and then clamped the top black piece. Please help !

Hi.
The flex ribbon must be in all the way.Sounds like you are putting it in correctly. Try to wash the edge with isopropyl alcohol, dry it and put back. Check the ribbon for cracks, make sure the right side goes in.

Thanks Simon. I will try cleaning and putting it back. Couple of quick questions meanwhile, 1) There is only one way to put it in. What do you mean by right side in ? Did you mean right side of the ribbon (not left) is inserted properly ? 2) If there is a crack. Is there a replacement ribbon available ? I hope I don't have to repalce whole keys membrane. I suppose I have to disconnect from both side. i.e. from switch membranes and control board. Correct ? Thanks for your help.

Hi. What I ment is make sure the ribbon contacts are touching the contacts inside the plug. Unfortunately the ribbon is a part of the membrane Part number: 8302669
Post the results. Simon.

Hi Simon, I cleaned and put it back. No sign of any circuit traces break.. No responses from any keys..is there any fuse or something that disabled the key board ? Is there anything else to check before I replace entire membrane panel ? Thanks for your help.

Hi.
Try to replace the membrane first. If that not going to fix the problem - replace the control board. You can return unused parts back to APP even if you installed them.

It appears that membrane panel i got is incorrect. It does not have standoffs threaded posts to mount control board at 6 locatios. This 8302669 panel does not have any standoffs. Shouldn't it be 4452323 ?

Hi.
According to the several websites this is the correct part number 83026669. It could of been mispackaged, but it is the correct one.
