I tested the machine by manually putting presure on it and it would than rotate. Once i remove my hand from it, it stops rotating. Draining and high speed spining does work perfectly. What could be the problem since the high speed cycle does work?:confused: :confused: Thank You... Roddy

Pull the agitator by placing a strap under it near the center and yank upwards to pop it off. Grab the agitator coupler and try to rotate it by hand. It should not be easy to rotate it. Remove the bolt and agitator coupler and inspect inside the coupler for stripped out splines. Eric
