Hi.
Most likely the fuse is blown again. You need to check the door switches with the multimeter with the door open and closed. You can get to the left side switch by pulling the microwave out for few inches.

I checked the fuse and it is good this time outside as well as continuity between terminals as installed. I did check the right two switches in open and closed door position and they seem to switch NO and NC correctly. I have MW pulled out and can see the left side switch holder but and probably can pull out from top but I am afraid I may not be able to put it back. It has circular white plastic flange facing inside of the mcirowave.

Hi.
To get to the secondary interlock switch with the MW out take out 6 screws and remove the left side cover. Did you remove one wire off the switch while testing? Did you check the other fuse ( it inside the MW on the right) and is smaller then the first one.
Simon.

Hi Simon, May be I am not checking switch properly. Can you explain what you mean by taking one wire off ? I am following Tech Sheet, with schematic. i.e. Door open should have continuity between BR and R/BK and door closed between BU and R/BK. Also, I checked first fuse (big size, 20A) as per instructions earlier. I also checked the second small 15A inside right top (inline with 20A in schematic). Is that correct ? I have not checked secondary switch yet, I will open the side panel. Thanks for your help.
