Hi.

Please check the model number and manufacturer, the one you provided doesn't come up.

Simon.

Hi.

Still missing one number after B.
Are you getting 240VAC to the elements? Please explain how do you measure the voltage.

Hi.

If there is no bake or broil most likely the thermal fuse is blown Part number: 3196548
Part number: 3196548

It's not very clear where is it (the diagram is not the best) but I think you should look under the top, behind the door latch. the video clip take you to the back of the range...you may check it too.

Here are the breakdown diagrams and Chassis parts for Whirlpool WFE381LVS1 - AppliancePartsPros.com

It's #26.

Simon.
Good luck. Post the results.

Thanks so much for your quick reply. I recognize that part...it's on the back side of the unit. I already had the back panel off trying to see if there were any wires that looked like they had shorted out and I remember seeing this particular piece on the back. Do you know what the ohms reading should be on the thermal fuse to determine if it's good or bad?

Hi.
Take one wire off the fuse when checking.
You should read 0ohm.If it's open - replace it.

HI.

If the fuse is good you need a control board/clock

Part number: W10271740
Part number: W10271740

For the white panel use W10271739
